Fish rolls 

Baked Sole Fillets with herbs and bread crumbs.


  • Sole fillets 300gr
  • Bread 200gr
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Basil, thyme, sage
  • Ginger or lemon zest
  • White wine


  1. Put in the food processors bread, herbs, a small piece of ginger and a drizzle of olive oil. Seasoning and mix.
  2. Spread the mix over each fillet and roll up.
  3. Place seam side down in prepared baking dish. Seasoning and drizzle with olive oil. Add in a little of white wine and sprinkle over with remained bread mixture.
  4. Bake 180°C for 20 minutes.
