Baked Sole Fillets with herbs and bread crumbs.
- Sole fillets 300gr
- Bread 200gr
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Basil, thyme, sage
- Ginger or lemon zest
- White wine
- Put in the food processors bread, herbs, a small piece of ginger and a drizzle of olive oil. Seasoning and mix.
- Spread the mix over each fillet and roll up.
- Place seam side down in prepared baking dish. Seasoning and drizzle with olive oil. Add in a little of white wine and sprinkle over with remained bread mixture.
- Bake 180°C for 20 minutes.
