Banana bread 

This recipe is the result of several rounds of testing, created to have a moist tender loaf with pure banana flavor!


  • Plain flour 200gr
  • Sugar 110gr
  • Eggs 2
  • 2 ripe and frozen bananas
  • Butter 80gr
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Chocolate chips


  1. Whisk together butter (room temperature) and sugar until combined
  2. Mix in the eggs
  3. Mix in the defrosted bananas
  4. Mix in the flour, baking powder and baking soda sifted. Gently mix until all the flour is off the bottom of the bowl
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips
  6. Bake at 170° for 50 minutes
