- Sugar 220gr
- Butter 157gr
- Double cream 105ml
- Fleur de sel 1/2 teaspoon
- Pour sugar, butter and salt in the bowl at 140 ° C for 10 minutes at speed 3 without any hooks installed.
- When the butter is melted, attach the Flexi Beater and continue to heat at 140 ° C for 35 minutes at speed 3.
- Add cream and continue at 140 ° C, speed 3 for 30 minutes.
