Chicken curry 

Quick and easy one-pot chicken curry!

Ingredients (serves two)

  • Chicken 350/400gr
  • Coconut milk 200ml
  • Curry powder 1 teaspoon 
  • Flour 
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt 


  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 3cm chunks. Add the flour and mix until all the chicken pieces are covered with the flour.
  2. Add in to the pan with some olive oil and cook until it is lightly browned. Seasoning.
  3. Add in the coconut milk and curry powder. 
  4. Whisk and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook until the sauce is nicely thickened, about 5 minutes.
