Peach Jam prepared with Kenwood cooking chef.
- Peaches 1kg
- Sugar 500g
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 lemon
- Put the peaches cutted in small pieces in the bowl, attach the Stirring Tool. Fit the Splashguard, set the temperature to 90ºC and the speed to stirring speed 1. Cook gently for 15 minutes.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice. Set the temperature to 120ºC and stirring speed 1, boil for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 105ºC and continue to cook on stirring speed 1 for about 45 mins.
- Pour into sterilised jars and leave to cool.
