Pasticcini di frolla montata

Delicious butter cookies that almost melting in your mouth. They are great alongside afternoon tea or coffee or simply as a snack.


  • 500gr flour 00
  • 325gr butter
  • 180gr powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 35gr potato starch
  • Vanilla
  • White & dark chocolate


  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Stir in vanilla; add eggs.
  3. Add flour and mix well.
  4. Add potato starch and mix.
  5. Put through cookie press and form cookies onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 10 – 12 minutes.
